And without further ado, we present, "This Month in Songs: June 2020"...

HOLD ME TIGHT OR DON’T by Fall Out Boy

This is an upbeat song from Fall Out Boy’s album MANIA. It’s catchy and a great mix of genres.

Bang! by AJR

AJR’s most recent song is marked with the band’s signature styles. I highly recommend listening to it if you haven’t already.

Let's Dance to Joy Division by Wombats

This is a song I recently discovered without knowing many of the band’s other songs. I would recommend it to anyone who likes indie rock and / or similar genres.

Vowels (and the importance of being me) by HUNNY

This is a song to listen to outside on a sunny day. It’s one of HUNNY’s most popular songs.

I’m not a cynic by Alec Benjamin

I’m not a cynic is from Alec Benjamin's new album. Alec Benjamin’s style and voice is extremely recognizable and the song mixes different sounds and feelings to create a very unique and special song.

Flou by Angèle

This is a french song that talks about the scariness of fame and the way people see you. If you don’t listen to international music, this is a good place to start.

Ramblings of a lunatic by Bears in Trees

Bears in Trees is a small band from London. Ramblings of Lunatic was released this year and is quickly becoming one of their most famous songs.

If you want to by Beabadoobee

I would recommend this song for painting and art. It was released two years ago and continues to be one of Beabadoobee’s most well known songs.

Bubblegum by Clairo

Bubblegum is a great introduction to Clairo’s music through one of her lesser known songs. It is also a good song if you want to start listening to bedroom pop and don’t know where to start.

Out like a light by The Honeysticks

The Honeysticks don’t have many songs, but this is definitely one of their best ones. I have been listening to it for a long time and remains one of my favorite songs.

My My My! By Troye Sivan

My My My! is from Troye Sivan’s album Bloom. It is a great pop song to listen to any time.
